About the Panel:

Terry Lynam
Vice President, Public Relations
North Shore-LIJ Health System 

Terry Lynam has 30 years of experience as a communications professional in the non-profit, private and public sectors. As vice president of public relations, he oversees all media relations, and internal and external communications for the North Shore-LIJ Health System, which includes 15 hospitals in New York City and on Long Island. He is a member of the health system’s senior management team, reporting directly to the president and chief executive officer. Terry serves as on the Executive Committee of the Fair Media Council, chairman of the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council PR Committee and Secretary of the Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society of Greater New York.

Taylor Morris, Regional Director of Digital Communications & New Media, American Heart Association

Taylor is responsible for developing overall external marketing and communications strategy for the American Heart Association, utilizing digital communications and new media, as well as developing an affiliate web presence plan that drives traffic to and promotes usage of heart.org. She’s worked in online media for fifteen years and never gets in trouble at work for spending too much time on Facebook.
