It Takes a Village…
In its 30-year history, the Long Island Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) has emerged as a leading professional community that helps its members connect with other communicators, gain credibility in the business world, and develop professionally. As with all communities, it is the collaboration and participation of its individual members that makes it thrive as a whole.
Today’s members are IABC’s next leaders. The Executive Board invites active chapter members -- as well as other professional communicators who would like to see for themselves what makes IABC such a tremendous resource -- to become more involved. Committee opportunities are truly experience-building, and will help those who volunteer to elevate their presence within the organization, while honing their leadership and communication skills by working with other professionals.
